High Intensity Interval Training

We offer a HIIT Kickboxing & our fitness classes are HIIT based. 

PowerKick

PowerKick was designed by Owner, Tia Long.  This class is combined with kickboxing, HIIT, cardio & weights

BarreCore

Full-body workout that fuses ballet-inspired moves with elements of Pilates, yoga and strength training. No dance experience required.

FitXtreme

This class will be like no other class. We will be work on muscle building but also pump work. 

Circuit Training

Circuit Training is a full body workout.  This will be stations that you will use free weights, slam balls, machines and more. 

Yoga

A vinyasa based flow where breath is paired with movement. Classes may vary from slow flow to power flow; with a strong focus on breath, mindfulness and proper body alignment.
