Feel completely supported as you recline in soft, suspended aerial silks, allowing your body to relax deeply while experiencing the healing vibrations of metal singing bowls, gongs, and other instruments. In this meditative journey we will tap into the breath, body, and mind through gentle guidance and a healing soundscape. Leaving you feeling refreshed, balanced, and renewed for your week.
