High Intensity Interval Training
We offer a HIIT Kickboxing & our fitness classes are HIIT based.
PowerKick was designed by Owner, Tia Long. This class is combined with kickboxing, HIIT, cardio & weights.
Full-body workout that fuses ballet-inspired moves with elements of Pilates, yoga and strength training. You will be guided through low-impact, high intensity movements designed to sculpt long, lean muscles while increasing strength and flexibility. Every class will be unique and will incorporate a variety of tools such as ball, bands and weights. This training is ideal for individuals of all levels, no dance experience required.
